for some reason the conditional rules settings are not being saved. Any advice?

I enter the rules, save the component, then return to edit and the previously entered options are gone.

Did you enter a value into the textarea? The conditional settings only have an effect if they have a value to match against.

Yes, I selected the form component and then I entered in a value of "yes" in the text area.

I should clarify that this is happening on a webform page component.

Also, perhaps not related but maybe, on select components my "options" box periodically empties out. I go back to edit the component and all the options item|value pairs are gone. this is not consistent though.

Hm, I can't reproduce the problem. Can you do other things to the pagebreak like change it's "Label" value and have that save successfully?

OK in further trouble shooting I turned off and uninstalled all other webform related modules and I believe the error is tied to webform encrypt as values seem to be saving now and not disappearing.

I will continue to test and monitor and report back and if that is the case file an issue with that module.
