I made my own Drupal theme but when i enable my hand made theme the webform field is not appearing. its work fine in garland.

Flagging an issue with a critical status means that the Webform module itself is broken. This is a theming issue.

Theming issues are generally not covered under Webform support, however I'm willing to give a little help on this. What do you mean by "webform field is not appearing"? Are the components not visible when you try view your Webform, or are the Webform tabs missing from the config pages?

Sorry i set status critical. Component of webform is not visible the field which i added into my contact us form i.e Name, Address etc.

Do other node types display properly? Do you have an override of webform-form.tpl.php in your custom theme?
