I want to export webform definition first and then import the definition in another drupal webform? how can do that? is there a tool or way for me to migrate webform definition?

I think you need to backup a webform definition as well

I think I've answered this lots of times, but it's as simple as http://drupal.org/project/node_export.

thanks so much, Node_export do much of the work, but it can not do the work for importing the definition of a webform, like the validation rules set for a webform? Is there any hooks I use to export and import the extra data completely?

I don't know what you mean by "validation rules". Node export works fine as long as the configuration for the webform is in the $node object. You must be using a module that adds extra validation that is not stored in the $node object, in which case you should move this request to that module's issue queue.

Thank you so much for your reply and help! now I can add the extra information into the $node object, will you please give me a clue about how to importing the extra information and store them in the database?
