The user should have the possibility to define a own emailtext with variables for the submitted values. This should be possible in the general options as default and in every form.

Due to the complexity of this request, I'm marking as Won't Fix. Any patches that are submitted for this issue will be accepted, but I have no intention of coding this. If needed you can over ride the theme function for webform_create_mail_message() to accomplish this task.
