Upon visiting /node/%/webform or /node/%/webform/components I am presented with a WSOD
Not sure what the issue is but I have tested with both 7.x.3.13 and 7.x.3-dev (September 27, 2011)
Is there any additional info required to track this issue down?

Seems this is another case of #1162560: Cannot redeclare _webform_components_form_rows()
