I'd like my users to be able to download all of their previous submissions. Currently they can view all of their submissions, but only one by one. Can they have access to the export screen to download their own submissions? If I enable the "access all webform results" permission - the user can see the download tab - but it also means that they can see other user submitted forms. I only want them to have access to download their own. Is this possible?

Right now this is neither possible through the interface nor through the API. Another module could probably provide this through copying most of the logic from webform_results_download(), but ideally this would require a change in the Webform API to support it.

However, as for direct support, I don't think this will be a built-in end-user feature of Webform core.

After looking at our own Download Range options in the newer versions of Webform, it looks like this would be possible simply by building up a list of submission IDs and passing them into webform_results_download(). So our API is adequate to allow this functionality after all.

A separate contrib or custom module could provide the functionality, but I don't have any plan to implement this as a feature of Webform core.
