I am getting a weird error message when viewing my webform. See attached. Scheduled to lauch site today, need help asap!!

Notice: Undefined variable: arguments in _webform_select_options_callback() (line 791 of C:\Users\BrandyB\Sites\drupal-7.0\sites\all\modules\webform\components\select.inc).

I'm very new to code, and don't know where to begin with this one.

A "Notice" like this just means, "you might want to look at this, but it's probably no big deal". If you'd like to disable notices, you may do so in the "Error reporting" configuration page in Drupal. But in any case, this notice should be corrected (though it's not actually causing any harm).

This was already fixed in #1024748: Undefined variable notice in select.inc.
