When I try to put a token for "default value" like %profile[field_city] it displays: "%profile[field_city]", not the value of field

On my form, nothing appears. Thanks! If there's anything I can do to provide more info, I would be happy to. Not a coder so I can't analyze there...but anything else, I'm happy to help.

Mine simply does not show any values; it is just blank.
