I'm unable to confirm this problem.

- Add a new Webform node.
- Add an "E-mail" component to the form.
- Add a new e-mail setting, using the new e-mail component as the value.
- Fill out the webform and enter an e-mail into the e-mail component.
- The e-mail is sent to the value from the e-mail component.

Seems like everything works like it should. Perhaps you should confirm that your server is able to send e-mail at all. Trying out the dev version of Webform may also help until the next 3.7 release is created, which fixes several D7-specific issues.

There's some weird conflicts with other mail modules, if i remember correctly, after disabling mime mail and others, the email out part works.

Forgive me if I'm reopening an issue that got fixed somewhere else. I've got the same problem above.
I'm running on MAMP, Drupal 7, and one of the more recent webforms. It sends the email confirmation to a manually entered email when I submit the form, but not to the component email I added in the email settings of the form.

Any ideas?

This looks like a new twist on something I've found in the past, but couldn't figure out how to write up: email wouldn't send to the first address in a list of addresses, regardless of what the address was -- but only on some forms.

It now strikes me that the latter dependency (only on some forms) could have been due to differences in where the 'from' address came from.

So, if experiencing this problem, try combinations of front-padding the 'to' field with a dummy address (e.g. test@example.com, which should go nowhere without throwing an error) and changes to the 'from' address.

Same issue here as #5 (LAMP server). It appears as though the 'component' fields are somehow being ignored or invalidated, when set to this option. I've tested recreating the email field, moving it outside any fieldsets and still no change. Also updated to the most recent Webform version.

For me, Webform will not send email to any email address in the domain of the website.

Webform claims it sends email and the submission shows up on the Results page, but I've only received email when I stuck my personal Gmail account in, or I created a new Gmail account and forwarded that one to my business account.

I even tried putting noreply@noreply.com in the "From" field to test versus sending to the same domain as the "From"

Edit: Sorry, after more review it looks like my issue is separate - as my issue is with the "To" field.
I am using Webform 7.x-3.18
