This problem has to do with being able to move files into locations that a certain user would not have access to.

For instance if there are two folders; "folder1" and "folder2". And say that "folder2" is located in "folder1" and I only have access to "folder2", I have the ability to drag files to "folder1". The file would then be unaccessable and lost to me. Not sure if this is an known issue already.

Thank you 21cls for reporting this bug and helping to make webfm better.

My Question is: Do you still experience this error? If so can you provide some more information on your setup? I am especially interested in the layout of access rights and the versions you are using.

Again: Thank you for helping out.

Sorry we have been inactive on this, we have some restructuring within the company. The setup is that each user can only see their own files and there is the following directory of folders below:

/ files / parent folder / child folder 1
/ files / parent folder / child folder 2
/ files / parent folder / child folder 3
/ files / parent folder / child folder 4

In addition the users, only have access to the parent folder, however they are able to I think drag files to the folder above they don't have access to. I am not sure what other way they can do it.
