At my site, we have a lot of white papers, and my bosses want to have a contact form be generated when people click on a file, so that people are kind of forced to fill out a small survey/contact form about what file they are reading and why. Is this possible with Web FM?

Anything is possible however if you modify the module to your needs. Patches are always welcome.
