WebFM is not visible in "create content"

I installed WebFM and when I try to create a new content (page for example) there is not the WebFm attachments menu neither the file browser (see image http://drupal.org/node/806546 ), only the typical file attachments of upload module.

I already config the web file manager in the administration page.
I was using Postgres DB, and later I install another drupal site with MySQL and the problem remain.
I m used 6.12 and 6.13 modules versions, with a Drupal 6.20 core and just wysiwyg ( with tiny ) and cck modules. But there is not the button webfm_popup already configure in wysiwyg administration page.

There is a link in primary link pretty functional but I need the link just as the author demo show in the http://webfm6.vera-ikona.com/.
