In the D6 version I'll implement better multi language support, as well as editable subject lines.

Porting the module to D6 is my #1 priority right now. I may implement this in the D5 version but I can't make any promises. Everyone's gonna change to D6 eventually.

The subject is translatable using locale module so it is also editable for those who really need to edit it.

This module is fantastic for accessibility in that we have users who interact best with the web via their email client.
Without a different subject line for different watched content there is no way to discern items until opening the message.

Is this in the 6.x-dev version?
