Problem/Motivation

Users of non admin roles will have problems editing taxonomies if admins don't assign "text format" permissions ("Basic HTML", "Full HTML" and "Restricted HTML") to their roles.

Proposed resolution

Improve the configuration documentation on README file. It also my be a good idea to add the same info on project's page.
