Views are logged as active on execution so you must exercise all parts
of your application in order to get completely accurate reports.
Is there a way to automate the initial report so that I don't have to click on every link in my site for it to register an executed view?
Thank you for your time and the wonderful module.

alanmackenzie commentedHi Courtney.B,
If you're comfortable with a using the shell in linux or similar you can spider the site with a tool like wget.
Here's a good blog post I found about how to do this: http://beeznest.wordpress.com/2012/07/01/spider-a-website-with-wget/
It's worth remembering that wget does not execute javascript so if you have any views called via AJAX or similar these will be missed.
Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions for non-developers, it is simply not possible to do what you're asking in Drupal alone.
