When I enable this module ... pagers disappear from all of my slideshows in the entire site, unless I go in and disable ajax for those views, which I dont want to do, usually I need a pager. Sorry I didn't have more time to test and give a better report, I will look into this again next week sometime.

Seems like this could have been done with another slideshow style/plugin as opposed to altering all the slideshow views? Im not sure..

I think this module adds a neat feature to slideshows! Thanks for putting it up.

The intention was to alter the slideshow views :-).

This module was borne out of the desire for automated Ajax loading of Views Slideshow, and my intention was to "alter" the existing Views Slideshow functionality along the lines of the "Drupal way"...

So, I guess the answer to your question is "No." There may have been another way to provide an Ajax slideshow, but that was not the goal...
