Feature only works once. Does not load anymore content after the first time you load more content [#2997993]

Whether using the plugin with the button option or set to automatic scroll, I cannot get the feature to load more content more than once.

Example: I scroll to the bottom and more content is automatically loaded. Then I scroll to the bottom of that content but the automatic loading of more content does not happen.

If I use the button/link option instead of automatic I get the button on page load. When I press the button I get more content but after that the button no longer appears at the bottom of the page and I can't load anymore content.

Advice on what I should be looking at to troubleshoot would be most appreciated.

Want to confirm that this is not an issue caused by overloading the pager_id; Is the content that you are rendering rendering referenced entities in lists that use pagers themselves, like Comment lists? Duplicating the pager_id on the same page can cause issues like this with the load more feature.

For example, I just ran into this issue where I enabled layout builder on some of my CTs, without disabling their referenced Comment lists in those view modes first, and the overloaded pager_id of 0 was causing issues with the load more functionality.
