Using version 7.x-2.0, we see this watchdog notice when editing any views that use Infinite Scroll for a pager.

Notice: Array to string conversion in drupal_render() (line 6240 of \includes\common.inc).

The pager in the Views preview window appears as a string ... Array

This patch will prevent the PHP Notice and display "Pager button not available in views admin mode" at the bottom of the preview in admin/views. The only way I could figure out to know that it was in admin/views was to look at the REQUEST_URI. Perhaps there is a better way.
