Setting content type header

I don't think the content type header is being set correctly for xml style output. The content type was showing up as "Content-Type: ; charset=utf-8
"

In the default preprocess function the content type is set like this:

$content_type = ($options['content_type'] == 'default') ? 'text/xml' : $options['content_type'];

I was able to fix this in my theme_preprocess_views_views_xml_style_raw function by passing the content type in the $var array

$vars['content_type'] = ($options['content_type'] == 'default') ? 'text/xml' : $options['content_type'];
