Call to undefined function mb_check_encoding() in /home/mysitesite/public_html/mysite.org/sites/all/modules/views_datasource/views_json.module on line 166

I get the above error when I try to view the Page URL of a JSON data document formatted View.

And the preview does not show up either. The full error pop-up that appears:

HI tsaks,

Can you please provide me more information on your view. mb_check_encoding() is PHP function supports version greater than 5.1.3.

My two cents is to install php-mbstring to get rid of that error message.
