I've installed this module several times now and it's never shown any custom field options when I go to add fields to my View. There isn't much documentation, but I've been poking around & clearly I'm not getting what others get when they install this module. It also doesn't show up on any of my permissions lists, though I've enabled the module.

sclapp commentedsure enough - tried it on another D6 installation with fewer modules & not having this problem. I'll try to see which one is interfering with it if I can.

efes commentedI also have the same problem. I'm looking forward to see the answer. Please, take a note here about it!

ericcorriel commentedSame. I had but after installing updates to several modules, it's gone away.

ericcorriel commentedokay, i found the problem. for some reason there's a conflict with the tinymce module. i removed this module, then installed Views 6.x-3.0-alpha3, ran update.php and now Content is back. hope that helps.
note: i don't use tinymce so i haven't gone as far as to troubleshoot compatibility. for some reason this module was preventing Views from updating. meaning, on /admin/reports/updates Views would always show up in red as out of date no matter what version I had installed. after getting rid of this module it finally showed the correct version.
