I think the views calc interface is better moved to view edit page itself.

It started out as a tab, and I've tried adding it as a tab to the view, but tabs on views are very quirky and easily broken (there's a long history of trying to get a tab working right on calendar views that ended up being broken as often as it worked), so I gave up and left it in admin/settings.
