Made an initial go at this. The core is there; i.e Image, Heading and Content body.

Added some features myself such as; content updated flag, author, created, edited and tags
Some features not quite working: Edit link, Add comment link, comments link and comment count.

Applied the patch without some of the extra fields. My thinking was that a user could add those extra fields as normal fields on the View. We want something that works for the most people, and can add new issues for adding any fields that people think should be available to all Media Objects. For now, I opted for a simplified Media Object style so we can get an alpha version out the door.
