I've modified the module to allow for hook_menu style access callback arguments.
It needs to be reviewed though, should you want to include it in the module.

Was this tested with AJAX enabled? Since Contextual Filters aren't passed right in functions since they are technically not in the path during ajax.

I think the page argument access for the view (when called with ajax) is an essential option for this module.
