#773698: Title of View includes the View ID title/name and the actual name of the View
Major changes to how viewreference works. Basically a lot of stuff has been simplified in the code and background operations of the module - meaning it will be less confusing to maintain. The structure of the code is changed significantly, doesn't use it's own database table, and the interaction with CCK is based on view/display names not internal integer identifiers.
