ffmpeg_wrapper_ui unreported dependency

When using ffmpeg_wrapper, ffmpeg_wrapper_ui is a dependency but you are not informed of this. Instead the video module transcoding config tab is broken (white screen of death), and video uploads fail with a cryptic js error.
