With the most recent cvs release there is an issue with video.module in that it says "Your browser is not able to display this multimedia content" when attempting to load an MMS stream in Firefox.
IE was able to load the clip into the browser but loads up what I think is 3 different instances of Windows Media Player on top of each other. I've test this in both WMP 10 and 11.
I tested playback of the MMS clip outside of the browser and everything is fine.
When I setup a static version of the clip (http instead of mms) it played back properly within Firefox
but the issue with multiple instances was still occuring under IE.

Darryl-1 commentedOk. I've done some digging.
It looks like this is a bug that was introduced to Firefox when they switched from 1.5.0.4 to 1.5.0.5 and nothing to do with video.module.

As for IE the problem still exists with 3 different instances of Windows Media Player on top of each other. Can anyone duplicate?

fax8 commenteddaniel.. are you still experiencing this problem?
Leeteq commentedI am about to evaluate the latest/current version of module, just curious if this is a problem or not. If not, should the status of this issue be updated, perhaps, or just explicitly state that it is only relevant to senario x?
