Unable to see the "teaser" image in the frontpage

Hi all,

I need some help here. I would like the youtube video to appear in my front page but whenever I create a video content, I have to click on the link to be able to play the video.

The example I have is here

Under Test video, the content in the front page is blank.

I would like it to be like that in http://pratul.in/

where you can play the video at the front page node and click on the content page for more information or view comments.

How can I solve this problem?
