Video

Hi,

I am working on creating a site where people come and view videos to help them learn English as a second language. I am a total newbie at Drupal, so please speak in the simplest form possible. What is the best Theme and the best Module to use if I want to create some video content players like YouTube or Google does for their users. Also, it would be great to create thumbnails of these videos too.

Any help would be great, I am at the ground level... I just installed Drupal 6.4 Wednesday.
