Reports and records SUCCESS when conversion FAILS

I had many videos waiting for conversion on the server. Hard disk space run out thus FFMPEG could no longer convert videos successfully.

Nevertheless, it would report back with a SUCCESS message and subsequently record the video as converted successfully in the video_queue table without recording a corresponding output_fid in the video_output table.

I solved this issue temporarily by changing the status flag from VIDEO_RENDERING_COMPLETE to VIDEO_RENDERING_INQUEUE to allow the videos to be re-transcoded.
