Iphone video capture - orientation

Hi,

I'm testing some video uploads and transcoding on slick.kjempef.in. And transcoding with ffmpeg. But the rotation is messed up.
This is for instance filmed holding the phone in 'normal' portrait mode: http://slick.kjempef.in/node/205
And even worse: This is filmed holding the camera in the more youtube friendly horisontal mode: http://slick.kjempef.in/node/207

Has there been done work to use ffmpegs rather new ability to read rotation from mov headers and use that to rotate?

Will this be best solved in my case just using some transcoding service?
