This set up worked before, so I'm really at a loss as to why the videos don't upload and transcode any more. These are the modules I"m using and the messages I'm getting - which really don't tell me much:

Video 7.x-2.10
Video Presets 7.x-2.1
Video.js 7.x-2.3
Zencoder API 7.x-2.10+15-dev

Video transcoder: Zencoder 1.2
Video.js 4.3.0
Zencoder library 2.1.0

The video conversion process has failed. You might want to submit a simpler video format like mpeg or divx avi.
If the problem persists contact your website administrator. Please check logs for further debugging.

Something went wrong with transcoding drop.avi. Please check your recent log entries for further debugging.

Zencoder reports errors while converting drop_mp4_1415836202.mp4:

/postback/jobs: This is the Zencoder notification handler. It seems to work fine.

Here is an update on my situation. For some reason my Zencoder account stopped working. Yep, I paid the bills! lol Still have not gotten an answer from them. I was told by Heshan to create the account right from the Zencoder admin page in my site, so I recreated it. And it worked!

I had some trouble with the video player working, but downloaded the latest and greatest video.js library and it worked!
