Hi
I would like to go to play mode when video node is clicked instead of the showing the 'view' in the node.
for ex:
if i go to http://xxx.com/video
the nodes want to be showing as
http://xxx.com/node/111/play
instead of http://xxx.com/node/111
I want the play to be added at the end so that when user clicks the video node it takes him to the play directly.
I also need to change this in the block for recent videos.
How to change (hack) the code?.
any help appreciated.

There was a patch for this which has been included into 5.x development version.
Do a search into video module bugs for "video should play on the same page" or something similar.
(I don't remember exactly...)
