We have a site using the Video module and Zencoder service. Until recently we have only been converting video to FLV and using Flowplayer. The client has now requested that we add HTML5 support, which in our tests is working well with the video module.

The question at hand now is, once we enable HTML5, how do we force a re-encode of the video to zencoder so it generates HTML5 formats? Is there a bulk method that can be called to do this or do we have to reupload all 500 videos?
