Hi,
I wanted to create a very basic sub theme using Versatile as the base theme. Is this possible?
I copied the folder, renamed it, deleted all unchanged files from the directory, added a blank css file and then changed the .info file to reflect the changes, as well as adding the line which specifies the base theme.
Unfortunately it gave me an 'undefined object error, and also didn't seem to pick up the CSS file from the base theme.
Any ideas on how I might get this to work?
Many thanks,
Joe

peter törnstrand commentedTo create a sub theme you simple create a new theme and add:
base theme = versatilein the themes .info file.
Then you can override the CSS and such. Most of versatiles magic happens in it's ctools plugins though and those you can't override.

joecanti commentedThanks for your quick reply Peter. It's now solved!
I added:
base theme = Versatile
Instead of:
base theme = versatile
Thanks for your help, and the great theme,
Joe
