Localize "text_format" variable type

Hi ! Just add a simple line to enable localization of that type... File "variable.variable.inc", line 139 :

$type['text_format'] = array(
    'title' => t('Formatted text'),
    'element' => array('#type' => 'text_format'),
    'localize' => TRUE,                                                                        // Added
    'element callback' => 'variable_form_element_text_format',
    'format callback' => 'variable_format_text_format',
    'default callback' => 'variable_text_format_default',
  );

Sorry, I'm too lazy to make a patch file ! ^^

After that, it still seems not working with the module "i18n_variable", probably because this module doesn't know about the existence of the new variable type "text_format", introduced in the dev version...
