I had installed the Varbase Drupal Distro. But I have a problem: After installing it, I logged out and now I cannot access it because it does not give me a Login Interface/Page. I uninstalled it and re-installed it again - thinking that I might have made a mistake somewhere the first time. Again the same thing happened. I even tried /?q=user but no use. What might be the problem here?

Did not use composer to install it - just downloaded and unzipped. Anyhow, I have now un-installed it. Using the same process, I installed drupal 8.51 which is doing fine so far.

Ahmed, Have you had a look at the following

Web Server Varbase works on any web server with PHP version of 5.6 or higher.

Apache 2.x (recommended)
Nginx
Microsoft IIS

mod_rewrite is required if you use Apache.
ngx_http_rewrite_module if you use Nginx.

https://docs.varbase.vardot.com/getting-started/requirements.html

Please check if your do have mod_rewrite

I too am experiencing the same issue as Ahmedqasaani.
Used Composer to install Varbase
Running on WAMP server.
PHP 7.0.10. Apache 2.4.23. Rewrite-module is enabled in Apache.
MySQL 5.7.14

Problem solved. /user/login must be added to the path name to login as admin.

Looking for solutions everywhere

There should still be problems here.

The problem is solved by turning off the "Enforce clean and canonical URLs" option at admin/config/search/redirect/settings.

So this is not really related to Varbase except that Varbase sets that option by default.

More info at https://github.com/omega8cc/boa/issues/1239

It is related to module redirect.

Non nginx services do not have this problem.
