Where I can download the UX ELEMENTS module?
I have download "Webform Alternate UI" but I need "UX ELEMENTS" in order to works.

There's no published dev or stable release yet. You have to download HEAD via CVS. See http://drupal.org/node/1004258/cvs-instructions/HEAD

EDIT: Here are instructions for getting all of the Webform Alt UI running.
