node/add/task and node/add/study went away. :(

Oh, I see. You can't add it under there anymore. Well you get a WSOD when you try and add it from under the admin screen. :)

Tracked this down to both study and task somehow getting loaded twice. Bleh. The DB record in node_types is blanked on title, description, and everything else. :(

This may also be attributed to proctor module, as I don't get these issues.
