When soft-deleting (unpublishing) a node with Junk 6.x-1.2 module (http://drupal.org/project/junk), the number of points assigned to creating the node type gets added and then removed, instead of just being removed.

For example, if the user currently has 50 points and 5 points is the reward for creating a node, after unpublishing a node, they will end up with 50 points, instead of 45.

Is there any chance to fix or patch this? Or any advice at all you may have?

What are the operations of those two actions? What userpoints_* modules are you using and how are they configured?
