The My User Points page is giving me some trouble. The Administrator cannot view the points details for any user except themselves. A registered user cannot view his own user points details or those of any other user even though permissions are set to enable. How would one fix this?

Try the patch at #877446: perm:view userpoints, view link is displayed on other user's profiles, that should solve both issues.
