Does userpoints support fractions?

It does not.

There are some issues about this already that try to change this, look out for these ;)

What would need to be done in order for fractions to happen? Is it more difficult than changing the field type to accept 2 decimal places? Or more? It would appear to me after that it's simple math, adding and subtracting points? Or, am I wrong? Thanks for a great module.

I'd like to use points on my site and make them equal to dollars in value to be used on my site store. I would like to allow the user to earn points, but maybe .10 for certain activities, ie; comments. But, not earn a full dollar, for small activities. Any way to do this?

I'd also like to know if this is possible in the D7 version. And I don't understand what you mean by "look out for these ;)" -- are you saying that there are solutions out there, or are you saying "Vorsicht!"?
