API reference website broken

The project page for Userpoints says:

Starting with Userpoints 7.x-1.x and onward, the official documentation can be found at http://api.worldempire.ch/api/userpoints.

The api.worldempire.ch website is broken (Drupal MySQL error page) and has been for a little while. Is the documentation in the module's README file all of the API documentation available? Thanks!
