Trying to get property of non-object in userpoints_admin_txn()

On userpoints.admin.inc line 103 says:

'#default_value' => isset($txn_user) ? $txn_user->name : '',

But sometimes (must of the time) $txn_user is set to NULL (0) so test passes but it is not an object and has not a 'name' property.

This line should be changed to

'#default_value' => !empty($txn_user->name) ? $txn_user->name : '',

In order to avoid "Notice: Trying to get property of non-object ..." message.
