Is still module still being maintained? It hasn't had an update in coming up on a year now! Are there openings for co-maintainers?

There are quite a few serious issues that plague anyone using this module. It really needs an update that fixes some of the common problems.

Yes, I'm not actively maintaining this, I just don't have the time.

I do not and have never used this module actively in a project, so I have limited motivation to push it further.

If you want to help, then start by maintaining the issue queue. There only very few RTBC issues for 7.x but probably tons of duplicates, like the strict notice stuff. Please identify them, close properly, answer questions, write and even more importantly, review patches and set them to RTBC after appropriate testing. None of those activies need (co-) maintainer rights, and before I would accept anyone, I would have to see them doing all those things.
