As you could see here https://qa.drupal.org/pifr/branches?title=Userpoints there is no branch testing enabled for Userpoints.
It is a disaster, because it could be totally broken while nobody knows.

Please enable branch testing for each branch of Userpoints. See how: https://drupal.org/node/1449736 .
