When a message is displayed to inform the user of new points this patch makes it also say the category. (It assumes the taxonomy terms are named "Activity Points" or "Mission Points" etc...)

This updated patch also displays the description of the points when awarded.

You can't assume that the category contains points too, that's for example wrong for the default category. (You received 5 Uncategorized).

Also, don't stack patches, always provide patches against the CVS version.
