It would be very helpful if we could override the help text for the vocabulary used for user terms. I'm using one unified vocabulary for content and user terms, so that they blend together. My help text refers to choosing tags that are descriptive of your post - this looks awful on the user edit page.

I would suggest either rephrasing the vocab help so it reads more generically, or using hook_form_alter to change it on profiles.

This isn't something I feel that warrants an extra setting.
