Regarding Drupal 7 Version of User Registration mail module

Hi,

We have created a Drupal 7 Version of User Registration mail module with reference to d6 version of your module. Attached the same. As, we are still working on this module, now it is not compatible with contributed modules like logintoboggan etc.. Please review and suggest your recommendations.
