Port to drupal 6.0 [#228673]

I ran the coder module and there's only two things to change. The .info file and the url() function.

On line 29 there is a missing parenthesis. Add a close-paren at the end of the line.

I just submitted a patch that works. This patch doesn't do anything with drupal_mail changes it took me some time to figure out that change.
